I was in 2nd Grade when Sandinistas came to power in Nicaragua. They adopted Cuban education model. The books/curriculum taught ideological indoctrination. Children had to recite communist, revolutionary, anti-American slogans. That’s how communist teach people to read and write.

There is no mixed picture. My father was poor but worked hard for what he had. He spent 2 years in prison and was tortured for opposing a tyrant. My grandfather was in prison for 5 years. Don’t embarrass yourself and do your due diligence before speaking of what you know nothing.

Has anyone figured Crazy Bernie's weird accent issues? Obviously Crazy Bernie is illiterate, but he grew up allegedly in New York City. Nobody in New York fucks up simple words like Crazy Bernie. Boston natives had a certain accent I recall when I lived there. Absolutely no collaboration to Crazy Bernie abuse of the English language though.
