Communism has been growing in the US for years now and is an existential threat. We need a new Mccarthy and Trump is not up to the task.

Many conservatives here keep making the same mistake that the democrats or even the DSA are communists. They are not.

The liberals , progressives and DSA are all idiots but they are not the threat. Even the communists hate those people worse than you do. Within the next 10 years they are going to try for a serious violent revolution. IF they succeed the DSA and others on the left will be the first victims of mass murder. The communists consider those people to be traitors and supporters of capitalism.

If you really want to take a stand you should go to the no kings protest as many are doing and make careful observations take notes and observe who is there. Especially representatives of teachers unions. When you see them using kids as human shields, as they did in Minneapolis, demand they be fired.

Right now the best thing one can do is gather intel
