Um, before I put you back on ignore. Um, yeah, they covered TWO DIFFERENT INCIDENTS in TWO DIFFERENT STATES completely DIFFERENTLY... because they were DIFFERENT.

the black guy was pulled over for expired plates on his car

then it turns out he was driving without a license

So they went through three pretexts before they found out he had a warrant for a minor offense.

Pretext 1 - Expired tags, even though the state was months behind in re-issuing tags.
Pretext 2 - An Air Freshener, which was so fucking silly I'll just leave it there.
Pretext 3- Driving without a license, because again, the state is months behind in resolving traffic issues due to Covid.

What was not going on. There was not a state-wide dragnet for this guy becuase of the minor gun violation.

Nothing here merited the use of lethal force. Unlike the California case, where a dangerous man had already beaten several women and was pummelling one when he was shot.
