Abortion never was a constitutional right. The end of Roe doesn't even ban abortion. It gives the states the right to set their own abortion laws. Many states already have very liberal abortion laws. If you don't agree with the abortion laws in your state, change them. Get a candidate, write an initiative. Vote. Enemy democrats know they have a serious problem. Not as many people support abortion as they imagine. They might be loud, but they aren't many.

The reason we don't allow it, is because they can take them away.........GOD grants rights, and unless he sends Jesus back or gives us another Testament, the Newer New Testament, we're all set.There is no question that overruling Roe will have severe implications for women at all levels, for years to come. That doesn't even begin to touch on the precedent this activist in removing a Constitutional right granted 50 years ago. I have never before heard of an individual right being taken away.

If the justice left it up to the people maybe they should have stayed away from their own decision.Alito made it clear that Justices in a 6-3 decision did not consider abortions to he a Constitutional Right, as there is nothing in the Constitution that states that.
Alito went on to make it clear, however, that the PEOPLE'S right to legislate the practice of abortions should be left up to the PEOPLE, which is why the USSC returned that power / authority back to the people.

Instead of 60 votes needed to vote in a judge, Harry lowered it to 50.
