His life isn't worth a plug in Prison. In the next few decades, someone with children in Prison will shank him.
Thank you.If a life sentence is levied, he is eligible for parole at age 40. Now, tack on the 38 years and he's now eligible for parole at age 78. Pretty much a life without parole sentence would be against the laws in Colorado.
