Colorado can take children away from parents who "misgender"?

How long until they make it a hate crime to refuse to enter into a relationship with a same sex person? There are already people who think if you refuse to date someone trans, that you are wrong. How long until it goes from people thinking it's wrong, to an act of discrimination, to a hate crime. Because, to decline an advance from a same sex person would require you to misgender them.

"Look, I'm sorry, but I'm not attracted to men"

"I'm not a man! I'm a woman! Do you not like women??"

"I'm sorry, I just don't date people of the same sex"

"I already told you I'm a woman! Why are you misgendering me!!"

And then someone recording this conversation on their phone posts at to social media, and then people are charged with hate crimes..etc.

Then there are those who say "well, just make up something else like "I'm not looking to date someone right now". So you'll have to lie to the person about what the real reason is. You have to hold yourself in check in order to not offend the other person....

And..if the trans person detects that you are trying to decieve them by making up a story and they think you think of them as a man ..or same sex, they can push the issue and cause you all kinds of trouble.

There will come a time when people will find themselves in hot water, simply because they declined an advance from a trans person.
