Any human condition that is manifested in the form of a particular behavior can be labeled a mental illness. While easy to do it serves no useful purpose except perhaps for diagnostic and treatment purposes. But all too often those labels are applied for political purposes . Historically it has been done to disparage political dissidents , It is done right here on this board to disparage liberals, and you are doing it now to degrade and demean transpeople .

To emphasis mental illness while ignoring and denying that biological aspect- whether it is homosexuality , transsexuality, or anything else that you snowflakes find disturbing is a well known tactic. THAT is my problem with you. As I said previously , what really matters is not what causes a person to be what they are , but how we respond to them as a society .

You said that we “ cannot make a declaration on whether you believe that only gender dysphoria is sane while all the other dysphoria are a mental illness” . I say that we cannot treat people with one kind of dysphoria with the most appropriate care, understanding and support -and those with another dysphoria as pariahs , push then to the margins of society and deny them the care that is recommended.
