However, every few religions endorse same gender marriage.
So, he's not an extremist.

That is the correct motorcycle. They have become so besotted with extremist language themselves, they cannot conceive of speaking about any opposing figure in less than the most inflammatory terms. "Extremist" is just a warmup for them. They will get only more hysterical over time when it becomes obvious their smear campaign isn't working.
