CNN's Chief of RBF, Dana Bash, Asks Border Czar Homan how his agency will find Criminal Aliens.

I'll bite.

Why won't that happen?
Raiding businesses costs businesses money and lost production, which is also money. Other than the usual time honored token raid, nothing will be done. Just like Biden, Clinton, Bush II, Bush I, Obama, Reagan, and TRUMP's PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION.

Hey, I would love to be proven wrong.

1.45 million have final removal orders already, so they've had their due process.

As the “mass” deportation effort ramps up, officials like Homan say they plan to start out by targeting undocumented people with final removal orders and past legal offenses in their backgrounds. Those with final removal orders and not in ICE

detention totaled 1.45 million people in November.

Target and find are very different things.

100% agree.

Trump is not like those others, that's why politicians hate him and voters love him.
Hey, I would love to be proven wrong.
If you love being proven wrong, you must be happy as a clam these days.

Hey!

I kid, I kid.

Target and find are very different things.
The ones in jails and prisons in non-"sanctuary" cities and states will be the easiest to find.

After one sanctuary city mayor is arrested for interfering with federal agents, they'll be real easy to find.

With the Laken Riley act soon to be passed and signed, they will have no excuse not to know they are breaking the law.

So they are in prison for rape and Trump will just release and deport them?

I won't start a new thread, I will ask this question:

Should DREAMers be except from the Laken Riley Act?

The measure, originally introduced in the Senate by Katie Britt, R-Ala., requires Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take custody of and detain undocumented immigrants who are charged, arrested or convicted for committing acts of “burglary, theft, larceny, or shoplifting.”

The Senate approved two amendments before final passage: one from John Cornyn, R-Texas, that adds assault of a law enforcement officer to the offenses that trigger detention, and another from Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, that expands that to acts causing death or bodily harm.

. . .

Fetterman, a co-sponsor, acknowledged Monday that the legislation would not shield "Dreamers" — young people brought to the country as children — from mandatory detention if they are for those offenses.

“Not in this one, no,” Fetterman said when he was asked whether there's anything in the bill that protects minors and Dreamers.

He also said: “That’s my goal. I would want to be able to protect the Dreamers.”

I'm interested in whether Democrats on here feel that Dreamers who assault law enforcement officers, or cause death or bodily harm or commit burglary, larceny, or shoplifting should be deported? Can't they dream those kind of dreams in their country of origin?

So they are in prison for rape and Trump will just release and deport them?
Of course he can't both release and deport them, that's impossible. I think you mean, ICE will take custody of them from the prison and then deport them?

No, they will still serve their sentences. But when paroled, they go into ICE custody and go home. At least ICE won't charge them as much as the Cartels did.

For people in jail awaiting trial, they can either be deported immediately or allowed to stand trial. If found not guilty of the rape or murder, or whatever, then ICE takes them south.

All such questions can be worked out if leaders want to. Democrats and RINOs just don't want to.

So a small percentage of those here illegally get deported.

So, we won't have to listen to Democrats cry about them?

If he never deported anyone, but just cancelled La Invatacion and secured the border that would be a step in the right direction.

But we both know that he will deport illegals in some number greater than zero, and the media will seek out those who claim they were just about to enroll in community college 'cause I want to be a doctor!' and virtue signal over them.

They will suddenly discover again that when criminals are arrested, they are separated from their families so it is "Family Separation!"

I'll enjoy their tears. Every single deportation is one less illegal clogging emergency rooms, pulling educational resources away from American childrent, driving drunk because that was bien in their village and raping young girls for the same reason.

Maybe but they did the same.

Not his promise though. Not that anyone actually buys into them.

The only way to deport a large number is to start raiding businesses and I 100% support that.
Hm.

I don't know if all of those guys were picked up at businesses. Maybe if you count drug houses . . .

Looks like this was, though

Immigrant officials raided a business in Newark, detaining a U.S. military veteran and multiple undocumented residents without producing a warrant, according to city officials.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka released a statement describing Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s actions Thursday and condemning the agency for the raid.

“This egregious act is in plain violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution,” said Baraka, a Democrat who is running for governor this year. “Newark will not stand by idly while people are being unlawfully terrorized.”

Thats...not going to happen though.

Zincwarrior, how angry are you at the virtue signalers of the mainstream media for constantly putting you in a spot to be easily proven wrong?
