You're trying to redefine "MAGA" from what it actually is (a specific political movement identifier owned by Trump) to what the words literally mean (a generic patriotic sentiment).

Those aren't the same thing.

"MAGA" as a political identifier doesn't mean "anyone who wants America to succeed." It means people who specifically chose Trump's trademarked slogan as their political identity label. It's a brand membership, not a sentiment.

That's why the stat is meaningless. You're measuring brand loyalty within the brand's own customer base. The survey didn't ask "Do you want America to be great?" It asked people who already identify as MAGA if they support Trump.

If you can't see the difference between "Trump supporters support Trump" and "everyone who wants America to succeed supports Trump," then you're either being deliberately obtuse or you genuinely can't process this distinction.
