Your argument has nothing to do with how the Electoral College came into being, and that it was formed because of slavery, there is no connection between an election in 1800 and the writing of the Constitution in 1775.

The left is misusing the electoral college by counting undocumented migrants in the census, padding their electoral numbers to give themselves an unfair advantage in presidential elections.

The reason for the 3/5th clause was because slaves didn't have the right to vote yet. Southern States (Democrats) wanted to count their slaves in the census to increase their representation in congress. Illegals can't vote either in presidential elections. Something Democrats want to change.

So the electoral college had a racist aspect to it a couple of centuries ago, but that aspect was removed later.
