The No Fly list is not something that should be used to suspend someone rights and if you believe it should then you should not have any problem with also suspending someone right to vote and free speech, right?

If you actually believe a government list is justification enough to suspend someone rights then you should also know that Ted Kennedy was once on the No-Fly list, so the list is faulty.
