A couple of weeks ago, CNN political analyst John Avlon said there are plenty of reasons to believe that nominating Bernie Sanders in a center-right nation could be risky:

Bernie Sanders has built a movement and he has momentum. But there are plenty of rational reasons to think that nominating a democratic socialist in a center-right country is a real risk -- and could deliver Donald Trump a second term. (Can Bernie Sanders beat Donald Trump? Here's the reality. - CNN)

Back in 2016, after Trump's stunning victory, CNN anchor John King warned Democrats that they had better understand that America is a center-right country and is more conservative than Democrats believe it is:

This is the presidential election county by county. If you look at all these little lines, more than 4,000 counties in the United States. See all that red? America is a center-right country. It is a lot more conservative, especially out in the heartland, than Democrats think. (CNN.com - Transcripts)
Given this fact, and given Joe Biden's age, this is why it is especially important that Biden, if he gets the nomination, choose a genuine centrist as his running mate, not some far-left radical such as Stacey Abrams, Liz Forked-Tongue Warren, or Kamala Harris.

At this point, the DNC is tasked with the job of deciding who will they sacrifice to Donald Trump. Apparently they don't want to be associated with "Democratic-Socialism", so it looks like they're going to pick the the brain-damaged old Joe Biden to be their sacrificial lamb.

I’ve been assured by my moral and intellectual superiors that Sanders is neither a socialist nor communist.

Hope you're not surprised. Just another one of the games of the DNC.

Again, at the rate Trump is collapsing the economy, Biden can pick AOC and still win.

The US.........center right..........nope. I don't think there is a single issue that is part of the Repub party plank that's favored by a majority of Americans.
