She's gonna get experts and come up with a jobs plan.(govt doesn't create jobs)...then she will implement it to buil# infastructure.....first trump mentions it and actually does build infrastructure
But didn't they try this with the stimulus plan? Atleast Trump would have a different and more comprehensive plan....Clinton's is to reenact the stimulus plan.
