Not only isn't the Democrat's 3.5 trillion dollar wish list including climate change action going to be severely trimmed back or not even wind up passing at all but now we've got this:

And now China refuses to do anything about it unless the US lets up on it's human rights demands, including sanctions for it, which Biden apparently refuses to do . So, there is no way we can change the climate when the world's biggest polluter by far at 27% refuses to do anything and Biden refuses to cave in to their demands to get action. We can't do anything if China is not part of the process.

China knows it has a pollution problem. It will address it over time. Doing so will cost money. Biden sanctioning China in the name of human rights is no different than Trump doing it in the name of MAGA. Ultimately, denying them cash slows progress, not advances it. Besides, China simply isn't going to give into the militant separatists. It would be akin to China sanctioning the US until it let Idaho break away.

Every American should understand that if the democrats had the necessary votes to do away with the filibuster in the Senate and subsequently pass whatever they wanted to, then all the climate change spending would probably be already done along with every other pie in the sky program that their special interest groups want. And we are a mere 2 votes away from that right now (Manchin and Sinema), what if the Dems get a couple more seats in next year's elections that will follow the party line? Can't happen you say? Have you been following at all the Arizona election audit? Do you think these guys give a flyin' fuck about the laws of the land?
