You don't think it's possible to cause an imbalance in that system?

This is one of the good results from all the gas recovered by fracking. It would be much better if we knew more about the long term affect to our ground water. That's still a possible disaster. Another problem is the pipeline they want to build so they can export that gas that might be destroying our water and drive prices up at the same time.
