Untrue. First, neither Joe or I nor anyone on this thread is a "leftist wingnut", but thanks for trying.

I too want to see the charges, and if they are valid, I would want to see them prosecuted.

The problem is that I am quite sure that everything President Obama does, he does after first consulting with his legal counsel, something that virtually every President in the modern age has done. Second, he has done things that have historical precedent, things like executive orders, which are allowed him under the US Constitution. That makes his actions pretty damned air-tight.

So, if the charges have "hands and feet", then I want to see them.

But if they don't, then it will of course be a massive embarrassment for Paul and Co.
