And again, if States keep passing biased laws that discriminate against one group or another within their state, that's still Unconstitutional and those laws will need to be rejected as such and rewritten. Why not have parties meet before writing and passing laws? The way Texas got around the prayer in schools issue was implementing the Moment of Silence. The way schools and institutions bypassed the gender issues over restrooms is Unisex single use stalls only where only families like parents attending children could have more than one person in at a time. We can solve the marriage issue by having States revert to Civil Unions, Domestic Partnerships and Estate Custody guardianships without mention of social relationships. Either make the policy the same for everyone, or allow "marriage" to include same sex couples. If you can't agree on the word marriage then change it to civil unions. (As for prochoice and prolife medical policies, cooperative medical association would allow separation of funding and policy so everyone can stick to their own standards and not impose on other people who can run their own system. If we organize benefits by party, Taxpayers can choose which to fund or defund and can go through party resolutions and platforms to decide their terms democratically without agreeing or conflicting with other parties governing their own members)
