My 1st home was a "starter home", (1K sq ft. 1bath three bedroom) brick home on a crawl space.

The idea at the time was to stay in the home around five years, build equity, then sell and move into a larger home. Hopefully you were moving up in wages at the same time.

I really don't remember but what I do remember was things were right tight for a while.

I sort of went against the grain a bit, I stayed in the house for ten years, paid it off, and then I rented it out for twelve years.

The rent was paying the mortgage on the new home while I was doubling up on payments.

When the new home was paid off I sold my first home. I made a killing on it at the time (I did not use a realtor) and took that money and bought some land to hunt/fish/shoot on.

Yep. This will usher in Communism and it will make it more palatable for current and future U.S intelligence agents to work with enemy states for their own gain and, their belief that their own system is corrupt.

This happened in Canada long ago as our system chose to denigrate America while ironically also having citizens dislike Canada as well since the dream of a bright future has long been exposed as a fraud.

In regards to USA today, now with the trade dispute, it has just allowed these same people who ostensibly internalized this hatred of America and what you stand for, to now be overt about this hatred. "We don't need to hide our disdain anymore, the government says it's ok to hate". Similar to what the CCP enjoy when they approve opinions. You will find this in America as well as youth were educated to dislike America thanks to dark money. Some of this source of this influence I assure you came from "allies".

There is no worse hatred for America than in big cities like Toronto, Montreal etc. I recall being in university and feeling like the lone wolf standing up for America in verbal debates with other students. Ditto, while ironically working for a U.S corporation in Canada while so many there had opinions of dislike for America (it made for uncomfortable weekly phone call meetings with the marketing team as I KNEW some on the call didn't like America and yet, they played nice on this call with our U.S counterparts).

I warned Canada about this for a long time and I have to consider, with all I have experienced for decades that there MUST be some element of my respect for America in my "dossier".

If this anti-Americanism is happening in Canada and the U.K (again, by design, pushed by governments), what will American-born citizens think as they see their American Dream disappear? How much easier will it be to recruit, with or without the U.S citizens knowledge, when these citizens feel betrayed?

Put yourself in the shoes of a foreign entity who is looking to recruit double agents. Would you believe the task would be difficult or easier today than say, 40 years ago?

I find it hard to believe 45% of 30-year-olds were married homeowners in 1990. I was.
The 15% today is totally believable. I might have though it was lower than that.

It does, but once again, some of you don't connect the dots and see the forest for the trees to appreciate how this situation leads to socialism/communism, hatred of ones own country (or perhaps blaming other countries, as Canada does) and how it will lead to the further decline as MSS and other spy agencies recruit this same generation.

Go online today and listen to the anger the young express, how much they hate America. In Canada, we've been hearing this hatred domestically for DECADES. In all facets of life. It was just a matter of time before you experience it, and a society that can't afford a home is not going to have sufficient skin in the game. You too, will hate yourself and blame your own policies by politicians who became very wealthy. This will guarantee a shift to a new system.

Every nation has its challenges. Once a generation decides "we have been abandoned", the foreign influence will take hold.

They voted away from Dems to Trump because they viewed Hillary as another Obama, Harris as the same as Biden and the U.S voter does not want that.

The challenge now is to create economic and cost of living conditions that will support the broader goals of citizens. In New York they are going to elect a controversial guy who says openly that he is a socialist.

There is a reason I warn Americans about the dangers of following other nations that are in decline, the signs have been in the U.S for almost 20 years. Trump may be able to drag rent/housing costs down by deporting millions but there is a bigger danger at play here. Perhaps unrivaled in Western history.

As a further aside, the entire D.C crime issue seems to be an unusual focus for Trump when clearly other priorities matter more. Maybe he's being suckered into this issue by Fox News and other outliers. I guarantee you this is ranked WELL below housing costs, illegal immigration etc.

Neither party has done anything to fight this, that is true, but more so the Left as they implement policies driving up the costs of everything else across the world.

For example, the global response to Covid was horrible, which is why there is global inflation like it is, yet they refuse to take ownership if it.

Instead, they will take ownership of your home instead.

Meanwhile, the Climate cult will continue to wage war against fossil fuels and fertilizers to grow food that emit carbon all in the name of saving the planet. The problem is, this will drive up both fuel and food prices to boot, making home ownership that much more impossible.
