That’s because there are 5x as many white women as black women.

But black women are much more LIKELY to get favored for college spots and jobs and promotions than white women. If a white woman and black woman go up for the same job, and the black is not as quakified but still OKish, the black woman will get the job.

I never understand this. If Democrats say blacks and Hispanics scored as high as whites and Asians and no IQ difference, then why the need for DEI.
