What's wrong with encouraging Republicans to vote?

Schumer doesn't like it and neither do his stooges.

So they are pushing forward with efforts to try and discourage conservatives from bothering to go to the polls. This is disgraceful.

Middle Class Americans are those who built this country, and the libs want to deny them the franchise.

FYI: This is something both parties do every election cycle, i.e. Negative advertising aimed at discouraging the oppositions voters from turning out.

Nothing new or unusual here.

That's a fair enough observation.

But the GOP has been attacked in recent years for "voter suppression".

Its rather hypocritical that the libs would criticize something they do themselves

Another thing--neither party has a monopoly on hypocrisy.

IMHO Two different things going on here,

The Democrats have been accusing the Republicans of impeding voters from voting using legal roadblocks (like requiring ID, cutting voting hours, etc.,etc..,)

Negative ads just have a tendency to discourage turn-out as it tends to demoralize opposition voters, it doesn't place any legal or logistical hurdles to voting.

upchuck the queer-- is a piece of shit that has nothing to do w/ITS constituents....worthless, waste of oxygen...always up PIG-lousi's ass sniffing....

An ad exposing a politicians position on an issue is not voter suppression, dumb ass.

It certainly is, IF it discourages the people from voting.

Schumer and the Dems are supposed to be about encouraging everyone to vote- not just their supporters.

Why are they so intent on trying to discourage the vote? What are they afraid of?

The absolute fact that you've never been a victim of voter suppression explains your total ignorance of the subject.

Actually, I HAVE been subject to voter suppression when I lived in Ohio.

They failed to allow serious conservative candidates on the ballot of city office to attract R votes. This totally suppresses the vote.

So all those republican ads encouraged people to vote for republicans instead of democrats. Were they voter suppression too?
