I just found that out last night because the heart is deceiving. However, I can't remember a time when my heart has deceived me. My mind yes, but my heart no. As my heart always wants to follow God's will, but it's my mind that's the problem.

At the Heart Math site, there's a short tutorial that you can get when you sign up for it....You have to give an email, which will then get more of their stuff sent your way...But you can unsubscribe or send the emails to spam.

Though I don't recommend many things, I do this one.

Yes, this is in the Bible. "The heart is deceitful above all things"--Jer 17:9. The Bible also says, "There is no one righteous....no one who seeks God. No, not one."--Romans 3:10

RR, our hearts and minds will ALWAYS deceive us, because we are born sinful and will not leave sin behind in this lifetime.

What you are probably thinking is your "heart" is instead the work of the Spirit in your heart.

Do not rely on your heart or your feelings. Read the Bible and rely on that.
