I was a quiet kid, who was a keen observer of people and society and how they worked.

And I can state with FACT, that religion in this country, and the world, is based on prejudices, racism, and nationalisms.
You can still see it in the world today.

I feel abortions are not a good option in any case. There are times when there is no choice to save the mother's life. Abortions will never go away. My goal is to minimize the number of abortions. That requires education on prventing unwanted preganacies. I feel there should be a penalty for the father involved in any unwanted pregnancy. That would reduce the number of abortions. There needs to sources to provide options for unwanted pregnancies besides abortion. Abortions are up since Roe vs Wade was repealed. Just like drinking was up during the prohibition. Outllawing does not work.
There needs to be more focus on babies born into familes that cannot support them. If we are concerned about life, we mean all life. Especially the life of all children. I don't see the anti-abortion people working to help all the new born children in our world.
