Traditionally, Homos were a hardcore population that inhabited Red Light districts along with people of other alternative sexualities like Hoes, Pimps and Johns. The Vice cops and undercover detectives helped spice up the area, and ordinary middle class Family Style Americans knew little about it except that it was there.

Business licenses can most certainly be denied based on not following business laws.
