It's obvious now that this is the talking point of the day to displace blame, as everyone at the same time is parroting the same propaganda excuse.
I can't believe they all got together in a room or online to form this strategy of blame game instead of taking that time & effort to find a solution. I think people are tired of the dem run city and states ineptness and efforts to coverup and displace blame instead of actually solving the same age old problems.
