Only when it's finally bad enough in the opinion of whoever that particular responsibility falls on, but even then, whoever is supposed to take action, will they care enough to actually take action and if they do take action, will the action that they take be sufficient enough?

P.S. What gets to me about this shooting is how the shooter just left the place as if nothing had happened which is why I hope that the maximum sentence is dumped on their plate.

I’m guessing the shooter has been arrested before and the gun he used was not legal

Give him the maximum time in jail with no early outs
