Chicago mom allegedly shot son, 12, dead over missing memory card​

Family members told police that Fallon Harris called them and allegedly confessed what she had done. According to the family, Harris was displaying paranoid behavior. CPD

A Chicago mother has been charged after she allegedly shot dead her 12-year-old son over a missing SD memory card.
Fallon Harris, 37, is accused of shooting her son Kaden Ingram in the head multiple times inside their South Chicago home on Saturday morning.
Prosecutors alleged in court that security cameras inside the home captured Harris pointing her gun at her son as she demanded he hand over the memory card, CBS2 reports.
When the boy said he didn’t have the card, Harris allegedly fired a single shot at her son’s head.
The boy was “conscious and crying” after the first shot, according to prosecutors.
Harris allegedly took a phone call while her son was lying on the kitchen floor and then came back to demand the memory card again.

She then shot her son in the head a second time, prosecutors allege.
Police were alerted by two family members whom Harris had called immediately after the shooting to allegedly admit what she had done.
Responding officers found the boy lying on the kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds to his head.
Kaden was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Harris has been charged with first-degree murder.
She was refused bail during a brief court hearing Sunday where the judge ordered her to undergo a mental health evaluation.
Family members told investigators that the mother had been displaying paranoid behavior prior to the shooting.
The mother has a concealed carry license and owns two guns, according to prosecutors.

Survival of the fittest weeded out the weakest and kept at least some humans surviving. However there are negatives as we know. Especially in leadership that is demented. There are many psychopaths that live and work within the framework of civilizations and society. They most likely would take more chances in advancing science, medical, industrial, tech and more that many others would not. Of course there are people who are not psychopaths who do the same.

The "insanity plea" is a Masonic bargain straight out of the local Freemasons lodge.

The guilty get away with murder on an insanity plea, whereas innocent folks automatically lose their civil rights for life no matter what as soon as a mental health motion is made in court. No defense, no appeal, and no recourse.

If the guilty get off on insanity, they end up like you said. They don't just say, "Yep, your crazy as hell, free to go". If somebody commits murder, I don't care if they ever get released, much less get their rights back. I'm from the old days. Felons didn't get their rights back and that was fine with me. The shouldn't have committed the felony if they wanted to have the rights of normal people.
