Well I'm going to venture into the politically incorrect and start pointing at the gene pool.....
Some species of dogs are docile and quiet...others are mean and vicious by nature....it is in their genes.

Not that some cannot be nurtured away from their base instincts and not that a normally peaceful dog cannot also be vicious especially if it gets mistreated or sick....but the fact remains there are predilections involved here. The North American Black is a failed experiment....have you ever noticed how intelligent, polite and industrious an African National is? Why is that? On the other hand the mixed genes of the North American Blacks seem to be lacking in those qualities and tend instead to be culturally aggressive and given over to base animal gratifications....I'm telling you there's somebody out there who has a file on this shit and is too nervous to share it.

Lightfoot threw her cops under the bus multiple times in the last couple of weeks. Those guys aren't stupid. They know the mayor doesn't support them at this point and they'll be used as sacrificial lambs to the current climate, so they're just going to say fuck it.

There were 490 homicides in Chicago in 2019. 289 so far this year and we're just getting into summer. If they don't beat that 2019 number like a dog I'll eat my keyboard.

The CPD is under fire and must be reformed due to a political firestorm set off by something that happened in Minnesota, so she's insulting the cops here for something they had absolutely nothing to do with.
