Check out this bad boy!

How many rounds? 14 shots at a single depression of the trigger and then what? Carry a hundred magazines?

One nice things about firearms: It is perfectly OK to own something stupid, just because you like it.

My friends brother has a 7" AR10 pistol in x51 with a binary.
Virtually useless - but a blast, literally and figuratively, to shoot.

What about the citizens?
Regular people can only buy what are classified as "Transferables". Very spendy. A dealer sample M-16 will set you back a couple of thousand, tops.

But a Transferable M-16, same gun, just different paperwork, starts at around 25 to 30k.

My cousin had a class III. He taught me a lot, really.

A buddy used to own a Fleming HK51, basically a modified HK91, into a full auto submachine gun, but in 7.62X51 NATO. I think it had a 5 inch barrel.

Completely worthless as a CQB weapon, but a complete hoot to shoot at night. The muzzle blast was over 4 feet long, and on full auto you could watch the soundwaves propagate through the muzzle flash. That was actually really cool.

^Not even trying to digest that.
.308 and submachine gun.
People should have the guns they want though, you know?
Like in '96-'97 'ol boy's all "You gotta get the SKSs man" and I'm all looking at them crappy looking steel-cased bullets and saying "No".

BAR in .270 with a big magazine.
Still have to time shots, no heavy barrels.
Mighty nice to shoot, though.
Also my friend's uncle's .220 Swift.
Boyd stock.
He was a gunsmith and those were handloads.
