If what he's saying is true in that video then yes, I would agree with Kirk 1000%, but it's not, it's a lie to bait his followers. No surgeon or pilot is being hired simply because they're a minority, and that's when the black dude clapped back. You still need to pass the same technical qualifications as a white person. DEI doesn't lower standards, all it's doing is opening more doors. It may even be helping to eliminate unqualified whites from getting hired over a minority who is better qualified, which we know that happens all the time. If you have actual evidence that people who have failed their qualification tests or get low scores as opposed to their white counterparts are still getting the same jobs I'd be interested in seeing that proof.
Since the 2020 DEI boom, critics have promoted different myths about DEI. This article explores the most popular DEI myths and provides evidence to debunk them.

No, he is correct, and your article is bullshit manipulation of the truth.
From your propaganda piece;
". . . Many Black leaders, for example, feel like they must work twice as hard; according to Korn Ferry
research, almost 60% of Black executives at Fortune 500 companies feel that they have to accomplish twice as much as their colleagues to be seen as equal. . . "
Subjective feelings are not actual, "FACTS." Critical theory depends upon the lived experiences, not objective criteria.
The only way to achieve
"equity," in spheres where certain demographics predominate, is to lower the standards for those you wish more representation of. This is known, and axiomatic, that is the whole point of DEI. This article claiming that DEI hires are just as qualified, is naught be rhetoric, anyone with a brain can counter.
There will be no
"equity," for white men in the NBA until and unless standards for them are lower vis-Ã -vis the black men.
. . . but everyone knows that ain't gonna happen.
Likewise, there will be no "equity," for white men in nursing till they are given greater pay or standards are lowered, but again, everyone know that ain't gonna happen.
