What if we made a new rule in Congress to where if the other side gets crazy, says a bunch of awful shit, they keep talking that shit after their time expired, you can then force them (by House rules) into a duel to the death? Imagine how much more calm and proffessional everyone would behave. Rashida would have NEVER pulled that crap if this rule was in effect.
