Censor, purge, defund: how Trump is following the authoritarian playbook on science and universities

What medical science says that? Can you support your silly claim?

So, no science, just opinion.

How does Trump violate it?

I asked you to be specific. That means you have to present an instance where he violates it.

Try again. Your vague claims are useless.
Strong-arming schools by withholding funds if anybody exercises their free speech rights against a particular foreign state.

Taking legal actions against individuals without honoring due process.

To keep things in perspective, it's not JUST Donald. 30 states do exactly the same thing. It's the Israeli style. In 23 or 24 the House passed a resolution doing the same thing. As we speak the Senate is considering that resolution, and with 96 out of 100 Senators on the AIPAC leash, it will likely pass, a blatant violation of the First Amendment.

So, no science, just opinion.
If you need to believe that no major medical association bases its medical expertise upon medical science, and that your opinion is superior to that medical consensus, that is what you will do.

If you don't understand today what's been learned during the Scamdemic, that virtually the entire medical industrial complex is rotten to the core, then you must live under a rock.

Your benighted personal perspective on expertise in science and medicine is taken for what it is worth.

You trotted out the favorite logic fail of non thinkers everywhere, namely the Appeal to Authority.

Do better.

You have no free speech rights to support terrorism. Nor do you the freedom to advocate for terrorist activities here.

That's who is being targeted, and rightly so.

Are there other scientific and medical disciplines in which you believe your knowledge and understanding is superior to that of scientific and medical specialists?

I know enough to not resort go Appeals to Authority.

Do you even know what that means?

Do you understand what a Logic Fail is?

Are you capable of critical thinking, or is your limit being a parrot?

Acknowledgement of one's respect for knowledge gleaned by accruing and assessing empirical data should not be confused with "appeals to authority."

Do you also reject the acumen of cardiologists, lepidopterists, gastroenterologists, geologists?

What studies do you cite, if any?

No, Appeals to Authority are logic fails for a reason.

Look it up.

Your refusing to accept knowledge-based empirical because acknowledged authorities agree and accept it is quite silly.

It does nothing to legitimate your aberrant dogma.

Science cannot dictate any person's respect. There's male and female. If you choose to identify as the opposite or something else, no one is required to go along with your personal choices.
What evidence do you have that contradicts the medical consensus, and suggest that one's gender self-identity is a "choice"?

When people choose to identify as they or them, it's a choice. And one that has never been issue before 10 years ago.

I shall continue to prefer the medical consensus to your opinion, but thank you for offering it.

When you get right down to it sir, what the US and Israeli Governments (yes, almost one in the same) have been practicing since Dubya declared his Global War Of Terror 20+ years ago is terrorism. So this is very much a pot calling the kettle black situation. As POTUS, several men in successive administrations have been terrorists, and Bibi is the biggest of them all. So members of Congress concocted the AUMF so that terrorism could be advanced with my tax dollars and yours. This means your claim that one is not free to advocate for terrorist activities is rendered false by the historical record.

Can you find that part in the First Amendment or elsewhere that documents the "terrorist" exception? Or the "criticism of Israel" exception? For that matter, might you offer a definition of terror or terrorism? I have one from a USMC General decades ago, but I won't put it out until you respond.

All that the US and Israel have been doing all 'round the globe is illegal military aggression. Thus Bush & Co were convicted of war crimes in 2012 in Malaysia in absentia. That effort was led by Francis Boyle and complied with all international legal standards. Naturally and expectedly the Malaysian carrier was taken down as Israeli revenge in July 2014.

Point is you're on very thin ice with your propaganda. Those actions from Bush on down to Donald are in violation of the US Constitution, but like Dubya pointed out, it's just a piece of paper. It appears you and Donald agree with him, and Bibi laughs on.
