Judging by this post of yours, I'm guessing you've not read the document very much and don't understand its principles. Neither does Donald. The First Amendment is quite clear, but Donald's and Marco's actions suggest they either are not aware of those principles (and case law from the early days) or are but don't give a damn because they serve the Israeli Zionists.

First is that freedom of speech is paramount and yet Donald violates it, and secondly is that government is supposed to be neutral on religious matters, guaranteeing every person's right to practice what religion he chooses or none at all, and that the government cannot show favoritism to any one religion.
