How it works is to reprogram the ribosomes in our cells, to start growing spike proteins.
That can't work as a vaccine to convey immunity since our own exosomes use the same spike proteins, and spike proteins then can't be used as an epitope to identify anything.

And the danger is if the mRNA gets into the blood stream and leaves the arm muscle tissue.
If it gets to the heart or brain, you die.
If it gets to the capillaries, then you need amputations.
