It was heading down and was 2.4 in mar-apr 2025 when he introduced his broad tariffs that pushed prices up when they should have been coming down. This in the context of barely 2% GDP growth and very weak job market so far during Trump's term.

Biden had a 9.2% peak inflation, that caused US families to lose about $3,000 a year in buying power, prices are still too high, but are coming down slowly, and you're whining about a 2.4% inflation rate?
