Yep. I think that they don't want Crockett in Congress period. Remember, not even the Congressional Black Caucus (which she's a member) voted for her when she ran to be the top democrat on the House Oversight Committee.

It may have been mentioned already but Talirico was not "banned" from late night. They declined to air that particular interview of Talirico by Colbert.

Watch the Youtube post and it is very obvious why. That was beyond a softball interview. That looked more like a fake interview that the Talerico campaign would conduct in order to create political spots out of it.

So of course, CBS would have been at risk of being required to provide equal time. that would be equal time for all four of the other Texas senate primary candidates. More than fourteen minutes each.

Nearly an hour of air time, not to mention the viewers they would lose.
