Cass Sunstein

In a lengthy academic paper, President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, argued the U.S. government should ban "conspiracy theorizing."

Among the beliefs Sunstein would ban is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.

Sunstein also recommended the government send agents to infiltrate "extremists who supply conspiracy theories" to disrupt the efforts of the "extremists" to propagate their theories.

In a 2008 Harvard law paper, "Conspiracy Theories," Sunstein and co-author Adrian Vermeule, a Harvard law professor, ask, "What can government do about conspiracy theories?"

"We can readily imagine a series of possible responses. (1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial, or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories."

In the 30-page paper – obtained and reviewed by WND – Sunstein argues the best government response to "conspiracy theories" is "cognitive infiltration of extremist groups." (More)

I am appalled to see Cass Sunstein trying to use Nazi Tactics to squash resistance to Official 9/11 Cover Story LIES promoted by the out-of-control Obama Administration (link below). Every aspect of our U.S. Constitution is under attack by these Nazi Fascists and the time is coming to move on Washington D.C. and exercise our Second Amendment rights, before We The People find ourselves under Martial Law and in Halliburton-built REX 84 FEMA Concentration Camps. I write on these 911Truth Topics every day to warn Americans that a Second Attack (H1N1 Genocide) is coming and Fascists like Cass Sunstein are here to nullify our God-given First Amendment Constitutional Rights.

I have been studying the math connected to the 9/11 attacks for some time and would very much like to see your response to the facts:

1. What are the chances of the plural term "explosions" appearing 'zero' (0) times in the 911 Commission Report 'and' the Arlington County After-Action Report, apart from deliberate DoD/FBI keyword sanitation?

2. Is the NSA even aware of the fact that key 9/11 Govt Documentation has been keyword sanitized?

3. Would you like to set up correspondence to identify other anomalies in vital Govt Documentation pointing directly to the DoD/FBI/CIA-orchestrated Inside-job attacks?

For example: FBI-produced Flight Data Recorder Evidence says AA77 crashed into the Pentagon at 9:37:46 (911 CR = link #5 below), while the FAA Timeline says the aircraft crashed into the west side of the pentagon at 9:32 AM (link #4 below). The Govt has yet to explain the events from 9:31:39 AM (missile strike) to the supposed 9:37:46 AM AA77 crash time. No investigation of the original 9:31:39 AM missile strike has ever been initiated!

There are many errors and omissions in the Official Govt Documentation and the NSA should be aware of every single one ...

Placing the blame on a band of Arabs, in light of the conflicting Govt Documentation, is a very big mistake!

2. The corrupt 911Commission Report (link #5) and the Arlington County After-Action Report (link #6) have been keyword sanitized of the term 'explosions' (plural) that never appears in either sworn Govt document. The term 'explosion' (singular) appears in both documents exactly six (6) times and the times of 9:31 and 9:32 have also been sanitized from the ACAAR.

3. All of these Jetliners (AA11, AA77, Flights 93 and 175) include hundreds and hundreds of 'time-change parts' (Colonel George Nelson Testimony @ link #6a) for which the Govt has accounted for NONE.

4. AA11 and AA77 were 'canceled' on 9/11 (link #7), as the Official U.S Bureau of Transportation Statistics information indicates.

5. All of the Shanksville Photographs show the same EMPTY HOLE (link #8 + video link #8a), as clearly demonstrated by even the Official Govt Photographs.

6. The US Geological Survey Photograph from April 20, 1994 (link #9) shows the same empty hole from the Diamond T. Mine excavation.

7. The second-story impact hole at the pentagon measures exactly 18-feet 3-inches and the windows above and to the left of the hole are unbroken (link #10).

8. All of these military/aviation experts (link #11) say that NO 100-ton Jetliner hit the Pentagon.

9. My explanations for what really happened in Shanksville (link #12) and the Pentagon (link #13 + Pentagon Timeline @ Link #13a) and WTC-7 (link #14) appear at these links.

How to mess with little minds

So, I&#8217;m in Milwaukee at ye olde Holiday Inn Express. They have a wireless internet connection here and it&#8217;s been suckin&#8217; all night, like I couldn&#8217;t even do anything on it. I suspected someone running a p2p program and taking up all of the bandwidth, so I fired up ntop to analyze the type of traffic on the network, and just who it was generating it. Lo and behold, someone was running a p2p app, and taking up 1.6Mbit worth of bandwidth. That&#8217;s just not fair to the 20 other people on the network, so I decided to boot him from the network. I tried poisoning his arp cache and the default gateway&#8217;s cache, but that only works on some wireless access points, apparently not this one. I can&#8217;t send an 802.11 deauth message from my OS X box, because the card doesn&#8217;t support raw packet injection, so what to do???

I notice that his IP in the ntop interface changed into a name. His windows machine was spewing Netbios packets with his computer name in it. For the sake of his privacy, I&#8217;ve changed the name, but let&#8217;s say it was &#8220;smith-laptop&#8221;. So I pick up my cellphone and call the front desk at the hotel and as for Mr. Smith&#8217;s room. The lady at the front desk says &#8220;Eric Smith?&#8221; And I tell her yes. The phone rings, someone picks up, the conversation goes like this:

Me: Eric Smith?

Eric: Uhh, yeah?

Me: My name is Jim Grant, and I&#8217;m an investigator with the RIAA. Have you heard of us?

Eric: Uhhhhh&#8230;.. What does that stand for?

Me: Recording Industry Association of America. We represent several large record companies. In monitoring several p2p filesharing networks, we have found that you Eric, are currently downloading copyrighted material. Are you aware that this is illegal?

So, now my network is nice and speedy again. And some guy is in his room trying to dry out his underwear. <icon_smile.gif> I should have recorded the call since my cellphone has the capability to record conversations. The above conversation can&#8217;t even begin to show the fear in his voice. I&#8217;m sure he&#8217;s scared as hell wondering how they found out his name and that he was staying at a hotel and exactly what room he was in.
