Yep, looks like the Fed prosecutors a backing down that Flynn do jail time.
NY Post Editorial: Flynn Case 'Massive Abuse Of Power'
"According to the editors, the FBI had long ago found nothing illicit in conversations between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, and that a grilling by FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka was just a “fishing expedition.”"
Now let's see.....Strzok and Page....Hmmmmm haven't we heard that they advocated for the 'insurance policy' to get rid of Trump? Also there is this...
“But then FBI lawyer Lisa Page (Strzok’s mistress at the time) instructed them to alter their official writeup of the conversation to say otherwise,” the editorial stated. “And that’s the entire basis of the charges against him.”
“This wasn’t even the only abuse of power here,” the editorial stated.
“Before the inauguration, [then national security adviser] Susan Rice ensured that the fact of Flynn’s conversations with Kislyak would leak to the media. Then holdover Justice official Sally Yates talked up ridiculous charges that he’d violated the never-enforced, and plainly irrelevant, Logan Act,” the editorial charged.
"Flynn’s lawyers have raised allegations of government misconduct, which a judge has rejected. Their request to withdraw Flynn’s guilty plea is pending. "
Oh Boy......Some folks gonna go down.
