The attitude of Downstate Illinois to the City of Chicago is ENTIRELY relevant to the Main Topic of this Thread...

It is a manifestation of the disgust of those outside the City Limits who are stuck shoveling tax dollars into such $hithole$...

It is a manifestation of the anger of those outside the City Limits for being powerless to stop that at the State Capital level...
