Americas military have been a source of good for the world and I keep it separate from any other issues or disagreements on trade, economic issues etc. Can you imagine the misery being shared around the globe if NOT for the U.S being the worlds police?
As it were, I fully support the U.S military and Canadas assistance with the U.S where warranted. I won't always agree with leaders decisions on the use of this military, but certainly after the Bush years the U.S has been generally on point again.

It's probably fair to assume that Trump WOULD have been a car salesman, if Daddy hadn't given him $400 million, an established name, an established business, and a fat Rolodex.Amazing what a couple of hundred million dollars can buy.

President Joe Biden celebrated ambitious electric vehicles goals by automakers at the White House on Thursday. But he did so without the world's largest maker of EVs: Tesla.

Joining Biden were executives from General Motors (GM) and Ford (F), as well as Stellantis, the company formed by the merger earlier this year of Fiat Chrysler and France’s PSA. But electric vehicles are only a sliver of these companies’ US sales — 1.5% for GM and 1.3% for Ford (F) so far this year, and Stellantis doesn’t have any pure EVs for sale on US soil yet.
Meanwhile, Tesla (TSLA) makes nothing but battery-powered electric vehicles, and always has. So why wouldn’t the world’s biggest maker of EVs be invited to the table?

No, he reversed his anti-EV rhetoric and polcies and is now personally trying to advertise Teslas, because Musk spent hundreds of millions campaigning for him.
I mean thats aside form giving Musk a lot of power in his administration, including over descisions of government spending on Musks own companies in a clear conflict of interest.
There was nothing even remotely like that in Biden's administration that has consistently supported EV and sustainable energy transition.
