People today are working incredibly hard. They have no more to give and if told they are going to be working for less wages , they may very well not view that favorably. There's zero reason for sticking it to the greatest workers in the world.

I'm reacting to the idea that American workers may need to work for lower wages to compete with overseas workers. Not so sure this will be met favorably is all. The poster was referring to Elon Musk saying american workers will have to suffer some for awhile.

I'm sorry, but we disagree. $100K/year for unskilled labor plus pension and benefits is not low wages. You will find out what low wages are if the invasion of illegals is allowed to continue.
