Booker T Washington was the most prominent Black leader in the early 1900s. He actually had dinner with Teddy Roosevelt in the White House.
But he received assurances that full integration of blacks into our society was coming, it only took patience. These things take time, but it will happen.
So Washington urged blacks to accept their position in society and work hard and comply with Jim Crow. After WWI, when millions of blacks migrated to the north for better pay and better treatment, he urged them to stay in the south.

When I applied for employment after graduating high school in 1974, I was denied jobs or put last on the list because of the affirmative action and quotas and feminism ramping up. Many white men were. The colleges were not infected as they are now and those white men who went still got jobs.

What do Asians and Indians coming here due to Visas have to do with the fact that they are a small part of the population yet per capita, have more wealth than whites. Again, Indians are Asians and H1B visas give them high paying employment the minute they get here. White racism causes problems for every race. Whites have 20 times the wealth of blacks, 17 times that of Hispanics, more than 20 times that of Native Americans. Take Indians out of the equation and the same holds true for Asians. Stop denying the problem. We aren't Asians and Asians have not faced the white backlash blacks have.

Whites have used Asians as racial mascots because Asians practice a concept called gaman, which is basically shut up and take it. Blacks fight the system and whites like you don't like that.
