When it isn't the vice of government run booze, Mary Jane, casinos or sports betting, it's time for state run media to promote the next great career option for women in Canada: "prostitution!". I suspect this is a trial balloon for a future expansion of this being decriminalized and controlled (which I would probably support tbh).

Hey, to each their own. I just find it peculiar how willing our government is to promote and try to profit off of this, especially when such careers surely don't last too long, all while our global competitors are driving innovation, often with former Canadian citizens.

I'm not sure how wholesome it is for young woman to pursue careers as Hoes, or for young men to aspire to become a Pimp or a John.

But I guess that since the pipeline has been shut down and Canadians can't sell gas, at least they can sell ass or grass.

A similar government funded and regulated moral breakdown has happened in my great state of Pennsylvania. Industrial/commercial grade fireworks, once prohibited, are now available on just about every town street corner. Gambling, until recently outlawed, now happens in local convenience stores with slot machines and in former Sears stores turned into casinos. Legalized prostitution could be on the table. Who knows, I would not be surprised. Western governments across the hemispheres are embracing the worst human vices, for profit and the degradation of society in general. Perhaps they should just bomb their own cities into rubble and be done with it.
