But you're not typical, and before you get excited, what will you be giving up? We gave up a $70 car tax, but the city just hit us with "user fees" for rec centres, garbage pick up, and we ended up spending far more for using these services than we saved on the car tax.

If your health insurance goes up by thousands of dollars, you will have saved nothing.
The deep cuts should translate to lower government spending, which means they need less revenue to operate, which in turn means they should pass along some of those savings to those of us that fund them. Some must go to service the extreme debt and the fix the economic catastrophe pie left by Bidenomics.
If this doesn’t happen, and we, the taxpayers start paying more for expenses, I will be the first to complain. You seem to be complaining that he is cutting and jumping the gun saying that those savings won’t ultimately be passed to us. We shall see.
