most of that crap is a joke. while we do need to see what we use daily and understand it is killing our oceans, it's going to take more than righteous indignation from 1 state to make a difference. all countries need to see the mess we're creating and what we're doing to our eco-system.Honest question. needs to be an item on some political agenda to address or measures like this will push on for show but zero effect.
