Can North Korea and Iran form an allegiance?

What are the odds of North Korea and Iran becoming allies?

As we can see the Iranian gov't is on the verge of a complete nuclear grade meltdown, while North Korea is developing and apparently testing real weapons of mass destruction. Iran at this moment in time needs some sort of unifiying force to bring the faith and trust of their population back into the goverments favor. This seems to be a friendship that could cause a lot of damage and looks sort of sexy on paper if you are in a position of political clout in either nation.

I completely agree about Iran. But let's say the day comes and their government falls apart, is it possible for NK to brokrage a deal and become allies?

A think that North Korea is about to collapse as well. Not as fast as Iran, but it knows it is on the way.

So I wonder how would 2 fallen and abandoned governments become allies?
