Who are "these people" The boat was sunk off Nigeria. We don't know their names. The only thing we have is the assertion they were carrying drugs. No proof. If they had drugs we don't know what kind. We don't know there destination. In fact we know absolutely nothing. Yet you somehow think that thos question is appropos to anything

It's also of course bullshit for other reasons. Again these are at worst drug mules. Trump just pardoned a major drug lord. Not exactly speaking for a serious attempt to combat drugs traffic.

As for that last line. What you are saying is that the US is entitled to kill people as long as their not citizens. If they aren't who cares right?

To that I'll say... everybody cares. A nation that thinks international law or basic morality doesn't apply is a nation that eventually will end up without any friends.
That might make it not a war crime. The problem is that's not really what's so far being reported.

In that case the strikes will still likely be illegal. Since the rational the administration is giving to not ask congress to approve these strikes is pretty thin. But that'll be a constitutional question probably.

However legally speaking if the strike happened as is reported there's very little legal rational for it to be anything but straight up.murder and likely a war crime.

Luckily, the country doesn't have to live by your derangement.

The CIA and FBI have spent, literally, decades learning, watching, and sometimes infiltrating these terrorists and the governments that support them.

The fact that the ONE government organization that actually works as intended and has the very best intel in the world.

You don't see them saying that they are not terrorists.

• Past Presidents have done what was done here and this year.
• You do not get a pass if your foxhole was not hit well enough to kill you. There WILL be another round in a moment.
• Obama deliberately targeted "AMERICAN CITIZENS" and killed them. No one questioned the intel back then, and quite frankly, you are acting like a traitor if you are questioning the intel now because your objection is just who is in the office, not what is being done.

This administration and Congress are pushing a lot of the progressive/Marxist bullshit in our society and pushing back.

But realizing as I type this response that you are a closed mind. Nothing will ever penetrate your echo chamber conditioning, and you are a lost cause.
