No, I suggest you read your own sources. Not one is an accounting of what Bradley testified to. Since all of them are citing an expectation of what Bradley WILL say.

This video was shown today to members of Congress. Both Democrats and Republicans.

The fact that only a Democrat seems to have commented on what he's seen tells gives me the following expectations.

If this Democrat has his facts obviously wrong he will be contradicted by the Republicans. In my view that would make it contested at the very least. If however it's not contested by the Republicans who also saw it. I would make me infer the Democrat is probably right. Since if the Republicans can contradict the account, Hegseth and Bradley would be of the hook.

No, it doesn’t. Two incidents don’t magically validate each other. They can both be illegal, or one can be and the other not, it depends entirely on the specific circumstances.

And those circumstances are something I’m more than willing to go through in detail, in a thread you start and tag me in. That’s the appropriate place for it.

But let’s be clear: “someone did something similar once and wasn’t punished” isn’t a legal standard. It’s just describing impunity. Getting away with something in the past doesn’t make it lawful in the future.
