A common issue in Texas seemingly is that they are regularly unprepared for disasters.

Texas is 270 thousand square miles. Add up all the states of the Northeast New England area with at least 12 Senators and more and it is still not enough. Add corrupted states of new jersey and Delaware. And the government laden states of Maryland and Virginia.

You can't have camps in church parking lots. The reason these camps are here is children in towns like DFW,Austin,San Antonio where the children can't go outside because of crime. The camps like this is the only time they can see the sun.
