Two drunk people having sex, and one regretting it after is not rape, sexual assault or any other crime.

Progressives are all about "getting the government out of our bedrooms." Why is this suddenly not the case?

Except in all these cases there are no criminal charges, because there is NO CRIME. The cases I am talking about are not ones of drugging, or raping (and it is rape) a passed out woman, or use of force. They are about some women deciding AFTER the fact that they maybe were not sober at the time of the act, and then decide it was a bad decision. ALL the cases currently in litigation from screwed over males follow the same playbook. No force, no drugs, no one party passed out, just drunk college sex, except now women can decide they made a mistake ex post facto, and a guy can have his life ruined without true due process.

If I were a single man in California, I would print up business cards, to be handed out to girls at the beginning of a date. The cards would have boxes to be checked, indicating what sorts and levels of intimacy are acceptable (use your imagination), then have a block at the bottom for signature. Before spending any money on her I would have her check the boxes of her choosing, then I would take the girl to a notary, to have her signature notarized for my records.

I might not get much p**sy, but I wouldn't have to worry about rape allegations.

I think apple needs to make a sex consent apt. Right before consummation, the guy pulls out his iphone and has her sign with finger that she consent to sex. Then there is a special check box for anal consent. She must then blow on the phone to record her blood/alcohol level, with an alert if she is unable to consent.

Heck they could toss in another acknowledgement that she confirms she is over 18.

What about for threesomes?

No consent form required in those cases. Since two women is involved, cancel themselves out and consent it implied!

I will be honest. In college under this law there could have been women who could have had me charged with rape and I would have lost. I mean who in college hadn't had sex when drunk?

There's a great idea, lets counter one injustice with another injustice, even if the first injustice is more perceived than real.

Any woman with at least two brain cells working, knows that if she gets slap happy drunk in a bar, or at a party, she has a good chance of getting screwed by her partner, or even a stranger or two. Yet, they still do it, in large numbers. You can't fix stupid.
